Hi Mitle,

I use and recommend Google Apps for Business. It does cost $5 per user per month but with the use of aliases you can have more than one email address directing to one user account.
The setup is reasonably complicated as you need to verify your domain name with the Google account. Some website hosting packages can take the pain out of this process with a Gapps (Google Apps) integration module that means you only need to point all your traffic from your domain hosting account to your website hosting account and your web host will deal with the web traffic and direct your email traffic to Gapps.

Thanks for sharing this information - it sounds perfect for what we are hoping to do. In relation to incoming email do you recommend Google Business apps? I'm trying to set this up so that we have an email account before the website is ready but it seems quite complicated for me to do? Many thanks
